Dr. Laura Schwindt is on a mission to bring the importance of mindfulness and balance to the attention of women professionals.
You will find her hiking in the mountains, playing with her dog, and enjoying adventures with her family. She loves to travel and explore the great outdoors in her Airstream. She finds joy gardening at home, riding her Peloton bike, feeding birds and alpacas, and whipping up delicious meals for her family. (Feeding teenagers can be a full-time job!)
Having lived and learned through a significant case of dental burnout at the height of her career, Laura has made balance a priority in her life. Through strategic micro-shifts, she guides women to design their own holistic, authentic lives leading to greater fulfillment and success!
